An extremely rare probably the only remaining recording of Alan Freeman's short-lived daily afternoon show. From 1972 it includes his very popular 'Get it off your chest' spot. Housewives used to send in their bras on the strength of this. It's followed by Ed Stewart with a midweek show and an incredible bonus a lovely handover with Johnnie Walker.
I visited Alan's daily show on a couple of occasions. It lasted fourteen months until June 1973. i have some very poor quality airchecks ( school boy made!) of a number of the shows ..and an hour of one.
